Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund within 60 days of receiving your order if: (1) the product is damaged, defective, or not as described; (2) you are unsatisfied with the product’s quality or taste; or (3) you ordered the wrong product (subject to the product being unopened and in its original packaging).
Products that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer negligence are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product (typically 3-5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Refund processing time varies depending on your payment method, but typically takes 5-10 business days to appear in your account. We do not charge any fees for processing refunds.
Exceptions
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping (as confirmed by the shipping carrier), we will issue a full refund or send a replacement product at no cost to you, whichever you prefer. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your order was lost or damaged during shipping.
